A late cancellation or a missed appointment without notice has a negative impact on several levels: first, it adds to the administrative tasks of the secretaries, it wastes the time of the doctor who prepared to meet you by reviewing your file, and above all, it leaves a hole in the doctor's schedule that could have been filled by another patient.
For these reasons, if you no longer wish to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify the Clinic within 24 hours, otherwise the Clinic will apply a $30 fee and send you an invoice. The fee is payable on site, in cash, before your next appointment. A receipt will be issued upon payment.
